Description

The PGDEPP is a one-year, two-semester postgraduate diploma program that bridges theory and practice in education policy and planning. The program integrates concepts from educational leadership, economics of education, research methodology, human resource development, and policy analysis. It emphasizes critical thinking, research-based decision-making, and strategic management approaches that enable professionals to address emerging challenges in educational systems. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of how educational policies are developed, implemented, and evaluated, while also strengthening their skills in communication, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
