Description

The MPPM program offers a comprehensive approach to the principles, methodologies, and tools of modern project management. The curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge with hands-on applications, covering project formulation, risk assessment, monitoring and evaluation, financing, and quality management. Special emphasis is placed on strategic leadership, ethical practice, and problem-solving skills that enable graduates to manage complex projects effectively. The program is structured into coursework and a dissertation, ensuring that students not only master practical techniques but also develop research and analytical capabilities to address emerging challenges in project planning and management.
