Description

The Master of Human Resource and Management (MHRM) is a two-year graduate program designed to prepare students for advanced leadership roles in human resource management. The program blends theory, practice, and research to equip graduates with a deep understanding of workforce management, organizational behavior, labor relations, and the use of technology in HR. Emphasis is placed on developing strategic HR leaders who can respond to the dynamic challenges of globalization, digital transformation, diversity, and sustainable business practices. Through coursework, seminars, internships, and thesis research, students gain the skills needed to create value-driven and inclusive organizations
